The artistic duo "Pysanka" is acknowledged the pearl of Ukrainian national art, and the singer Oksana Savchuk and cymbalist Ivan Kavatsyuk are admitted patriotic hermits, archaeologists of folk song treasures, who zealously preserve the flavours of the native land, while remaining unique.
For the first time, Oksana and Ivan performed on the professional stage on Easter 1990. From that very debuting, the duo became bearing the name of the quiet, beautiful word "Pysanka".
Today Bukovynian "Pysanka" is well-known not only in Ukraine, but also around the world. Ukrainian folk Artists, Oksana Savchuk and Ivan Kavatsyuk, are touring with great success in Canada, USA, Greece, Italy, France, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland ... Oksana and Ivan performed in Finland three times.
Their masterpiece includes hundreds of Ukrainian folk songs, ballads, legends, and instrumental music. They have recorded and released dozens of music albums.
